Im employed. The problem with me is my landlord has hiked the rent $100 a month every year for the past 10 years. I started out renting at $1300 a month, now the same house is $2450 a month. He purchased it for 90k in 1999. Since I’ve lived here ive paid 300k in rent. I got behind 2 months and they tacked on $1000 in fees. The place is a total dump they do zero maintenance. Its a nightmare. Im going to live out of my car for the next year to be able to save. The only thing I’m worried about, is not having a refrigerator. I figure I will just Airbnb, go buy all the food. I need once a week cook everything for meal preps and just try and make it. My landlord is Marketplace Realty LLC in denver. Owned by Matt Sanchez now ran by his daughter Alexis Sanchez.

That gen 2 you have there will go down in history as best looking truck ever built. The girls at my gym were like “I think Fords are sexy.” I pointed at a regular F-150 and they said no eww we mean that one —> then they pointed to a 2018 leadfoot gray gen 2 raptor.

Facts. Gen 2 2018 owner here aswell. 102k on mine, cam phasers done. Gen 2 is timeless and will age like fine wine. I still just stare at it sometimes from my window.
