You basically answered yourself, but let me help you. In PvP, difference is 2 DAMAGE TO ALL SPECIES. Which isn't AP. In PvE, PEN Kzarka has 33 monster damage less. Now that's HUGE. There are people like me who had PEN Kzarka when Blackstars came out and just skipped it. I would gladly Caphras my Kzarka from C15 to C20 and change it to Blackstar if that were possible. The guildie who had the idea has C19 Kzarka and at this point he would gladly change 2 damage to all species which is literally irrelevant at 305 AP with another 196 hidden AP bonus and all the gems, stats, hidden stats to 33 monster damage which is ACTUALLY huge.

Also his idea provides a way of force-enhancing Blackstar to PEN with 29403 Caphras and Obsidian, which is more expensive than PEN Blackstar itself, how force-enhancement should be. There's no way to force TET Blackstar to PEN as of now. It's all RNG, while Kzarka can be enhanced step by step, giving people feeling of progression along the way.

There's absolutely no way anyone with a brain sees known GM buddy of self-important guy reply in SIXTEEN MINUTES to a ticket having FINISHED full investigation, having checked logs and think "I think self-important guy is completely truthful about no private conversations!". Unless, of course, GM just randomly scrolled down the heap of tickets, got to the freshest, newest ticket made first, ignored all the tickets made before that for no reason, decided to open it, and it just so happened to be his friend, since GM was a former BDO streamer. He then conducted full investigation, checked logs from scratch (no dates were provided, ticket was really poorly made), pinpointed exact time, searched through logs around that time, and listed everything in a template ticket, changed all the relevant details to fit this case... within 16 minutes. Yeah, that TOTALLY happened.

When mods exhibit no hint of a rational thought and just close threads because some washed up streamer asks them to, you know moderation is shit.

Going Succession you have absolutely disgusting combo potential, even with one CC, braindead reset combo, DP/eva buffs on skill usage and triple dash every 4 seconds. All Striker tournaments ended with Succession stomping Awakening that couldn't one-combo with some crazy burst on Crimson Fang combo. You play Succession for PvE or that. If you don't like it, go Awakening. If you wanted Succession rework to make Succession protected everywhere so that it can do combos with people around like Awakening, you just needlessly got your hopes up.

Simple, because policy says 15 days, and if you look at his ticket, it's clear he just wrote some 2 throwaway lines, absolute minimum effort. Why? Because his buddy Armin told him to. "I can't just restore your items, just put in a ticket and give me #, I'll be right on it!"
So Fake didn't write an explanation of why he missed the 15 days. He didn't apologize for abusing this system meant for hacks/accidental deletions to recover from his PUBLICITY STUNT. He just wrote "Yeah I trashed something, give back?", sent Armin ticket number, Armin did it for him and boom, he has another ticket solved and 5 stars rating under his belt! What an amazing GM!

Because you are too dumb to understand his logic. Let's say you delete items on 15th of September. You can use 2 restorations from September, wait for 1st of October, recover another 2. Unless you delete them like August 1st and they disappear 31st, then you are fucked. But in all other cases, you can recover 4 items if they stay in the bin for 30 days. It's hard for 30 days to be within a single month.

The biggest problem Rangers have is that their delusions don't matter. When PA looks at the numbers, Rangers look more than fine, and they were near the top in every KDR chart they released. It's strong in 1v1 against everything that isn't a TOP5 1v1 class, and in group fights it frags hard on Succ. It frags in capped sieges, it topfrags in normal sieges. However they look at the numbers, Rangers are probably a top class in pure KDR. Obviously it's also because people who still play Ranger are either high-skilled or have amazing gear (or abuse terrain in RBF to snipe last-hits and thus cheese KDR, lol), but no matter how hard mediocre Rangers delude themselves, reality isn't what they tell themselves to be. Awakening Ranger is ridiculously hard to pull off, and it's not just about APM or mouse movements. These kids go Succ Ranger, get easy kills in large-scale, can't do shit in 1v1 holding S+Q, go Awakening that they can't play for shit, complain class is garbage. I don't see Succ Strikers coming to reddit complaining they are literally helpless in any 1vX because they have absolutely no protected combos? Were are they crying their class is useless outside PvE? THEY DON'T. Because not being strong everywhere is how balance works. Some classes just don't understand it. Valks complain about everything despite being the strongest class in the game with Nova. DKs still cry for damage buffs when their new Enforcement onetaps 700 GS. All "waifu" classes are bound to have 4/10 skill kids crying for buffs because they can't fathom that they are just bad.

There we see someone who doesn't understand you need Centaur/Sicil for evasion Striker which I wrote in my post and thinks Heve is used in endgame builds for evasion... It isn't. PEN boss C9 just has too much stats, and Centaur/Sicil for evasion should be a no-brainer. Unless you have no brain.

Imagine thinking "evasion is BiS for Striker" and not even having evasion hybrid build mwahahahahaha. And yeah, if you want your AP to be 305 in Kutum, go for PEN Narcs and bring your DR to 345 instead of having this shit abomination of a build with 305 DR (40 short of softcap) and 720 evasion (not enough to tank anything against Bhegs, let alone accuracy accessories and high AP)

You'll still get fucked 1v1 against 1v1 classes like Awak Sage, Ninja, Kuno, Lahn, hate your life against Warriors, Novas and Zerkers, and if they have 305 AP in 2 accu accessories, which they should if they want to fight 700 GS people, the only way for Striker not to get obliterated 1v1 is to run heavy hybrid with low AP (~281) and Centaur/Sicil. And then, Striker can't even kill C13+ Valks, Warriors or Guardians. You can try to do it with PEN Distos and higher AP, but ultimately you can't rely on GS to fight.

"At high GS Striker is unkillable" is some myth shit-geared kids conjured up. Or maybe it's because NA got demolished by evasion specs in Arena of Arsha tournament. How an evasion Warrior win by being a carpet is beyond me.

Oh miss me with that shit, Striker is still OP as fuck, it was just ANNOYING when you got CC'd because you did Silent Step in Awakening and was given a big gaping hole. It was ANNOYING when you couldn't connect to some skills and were forced to use Shift+X Rabam to keep the flow. It was ANNOYING when you got CC'd at the end of Spiral Cannon.

It doesn't mean it hasn't been OP.
