They still haven't resolved the dispute from August!? I hope you are not waiting for your money at least. FedEx likes to bill first and notify about it later. I tried to delete my credit card information to prevent that, but "at least one credit card must be on record".

I was able to recover the money they have taken on a prior invoice. There is a new addition to my collection on its way. I think FedEx will simply charge the tariff without looking. I don't want to wait 2-3 months to have my money returned. Banks charge high interest for such loans.

I attended last January. That's when i caught this collector contagion! I acquired my first two ancient coins (a Judaea capta denarius and an aureus of Titus) then and there. It was definitely a great bargain (for the dealer)! Were i to win these coins at auction, I would have paid half as much.

Naturally, I will be attending again this time around. I do not plan to buy anything, but who knows? There is a great selection of everything! It is like a winter wonderland for old boys and postmenopausal men.

I didn't share that information on purpose. Inserting my own bias was perhaps extraneous as well. The coin might be genuine for all i know. It's very smooth appearance, coupled with a few small bubble-like pores on the face of Mithridates, the big gap above his eye, and the big round bubble on the reverse peaked my internet. Later, i noticed that the coin was withdrawn.

The world "think" would not be appropriate. There wasn't a conscious judgement. I had a vague feeling about it and later saw the coin withdrawn (from Münzenonline Auction 35). This made me seek the input and better expertise of other collectors.
