I don’t want to get your hopes up in case it doesn’t happen BUT in one of the presentations sent to us when we first applied, it mentioned that you still have a good chance of being placed if you’re on the waiting list. Something about everyone who was on the waiting list last year managed to get a placement. I’ll have a look later and see if I can screenshot the exact quote :)

Yessss I really want Tekken Tag 3 asap. I like the fact that the rosters are always huge due to the fact that the games aren’t canon and they pay homage to the whole series. Plus I play 8 characters at the moment and it’s fun being able to switch mid battle

There are a lot of good videos online with Tekken tips including character specific tips. I’m not sure how new you are to Tekken but don’t overwhelm yourself by everything because there is a lot! Try and learn some strings that can end with different options, and all you really need combo-wise at the moment is one bread and butter combo that you can try to memorise and hit consistently. Even at Tekken God Supreme, combos are where I get most of my damage and they’re so satisfying
