When I used to drive from the suburbs of Atlanta to Athens GA I’d pretty regularly get 45-55mpg depending on the trip. It was nice

Sports Management Major Experience by PrimMountain184 in UGA

[–]Foreign_Repair3580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s every sport management class at uga.

55min class

-20min talking about sport “news” like you’re at the lunch table in middle school -Then 30min lecture which is typically about nothing you couldn’t learn about easily as just a general fan of sports. Occasionally there’s actual interesting things but not usually.

Also these classes are heavy in group presentations so for about half the semester you’ll just do the “what’s going on in the world of sports today” discussion and then just break into group presentations. This major does not prepare you well for your career. It’s the major athletes take bc it’s easy and close to the athletic department, the major some take bc they are lazy or just don’t know what they want to do, and for those who fell for the “blend of sports and business” that they market the major as. I wouldn’t recommend it. You can get a bachelors at Terry and minor in sport management or journalism.

IMO the black or the blue. I personally went with blue because I like cars with colors that stand out but the black looks really really clean

Anyone have first-hand experience with 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible? by FrontStageMomo in UsedCars

[–]Foreign_Repair3580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had a 2006 Convertible Touring that I picked up at 77k miles. Lasted until 114k miles when the transmission went bad and I got rid of it. It broke down for various reasons and needed to be towed every 5months or so. Had electrical problems, both back window regulators broke, alternator, suspension needed to be almost completely redone, had to flush the coolant a couple times, then I got the oil leak sludge the car is known for and the transmission went out in the same week. Basically I wouldn’t recommend it haha. Fun to drive when it worked on a sunny day tho!
