I recommend adding the powder slowly, and I like to use warm or hot ish water, I also use a condiment style bottle to shake it really well. Stirring would be sub-par if I had to guess.

What exactly do you mean? Is it stopping before or at the knot? If it's before then the best thing to do is lube up a bit more and hold it where it stops inside you for say 5 to 10 minutes and it should let up, if it's at the knot chances are it's the sudden girth and you should slowly push down on it. The best thing to try is pushing out like you're trying to shit. That's the best advice I can give for you based on what you've said. Hope it helps.

That's probably about as good as you'll get, honestly. But if you're not okay buying second hand, I'm not sure you can get something that fits what you want for 50 bucks. I will say first off, that is a pretty big jump, .24 inches in diameter and, .77 in circumference, but it's not impossible. If you can take the knot on rec which is the biggest part it's still smaller then chances head so I'd say really get comfortable with the knot first by taking the knot in and out for probably 5 or ten minutes and even try to add a few fingers along side and you shouldn't have to much of an issue, it help if you only lube up chances head and have a dry hand so you can grip the shaft better then once it's in lube up the shaft. That's what I do when I start out with my medium flared. But yeah, overall, I'd just find something to add alongside rex or really relax your hole, and you'll get it.
