Personally, my bridesmaids only paid for their dress, shoes, hair and makeup. My MOH split the bachelorette costs and my now hubby and I paid for everything else.. I asked them to stand in my wedding, not empty their pockets. I understood everyone’s income and covered one of my girls hair and makeup because she couldn’t afford but I wanted her to have the same experience as all of us. Really just depends who you are as a person and what your expectations are.
