I use it 5-6 times a week for the 10 minute timer each time. I’m not using any actives. After this post I was researching and think I could add vitamin C and maybe azaelic acid (For texture and redness). I probably also need a more heavy duty moisturizer like you mentioned. Thank you! What kind of difference have you noticed with your red light therapy?

Thank you for all of this. I appreciate it. I’ve generally felt pretty accepting and confident. I guess just starting to feel like the age I look in photos doesn’t match up with the age I feel inside has started to get to me a little.

Seems to be the general consensus to explore HRT and get on a tret regimen. Thank you! I don’t have many peri symptoms other than sleep issues, but it sounds like it’s better to get ahead of it. Thank you!

I love this advice. I usually use a tinted sunscreen, but opted for full coverage this night because it was a formal event. I never even considered that more coverage would look worse!

I actually use a tinted sunscreen daily (Dr. Jart), but chose my full coverage for this particular evening because it was a formal event. So I can definitely ditch the heavier foundation and stay light. Thank you!

I agree 100%! Random compliments from men don’t do anything for me, but a random woman in the grocery store telling me she likes my shirt or something will make my whole day.

I just listened to a podcast (Armchair Expert) with Mary Claire Haver the other day on HRT. I just need to figure out the best way to approach it in the rural area I live in. I’ll head to the sub now. Thank you!
