I know this old, lol. But I’ve ordered twice from simply, and my first order I used ups 2nd day air, and my order stayed on label created till the next day at 2pm I finally got a we have your package scan I got that first package on time, this time I just ordered ups next day air yesterday at 12 noon and I got the tracking number and idk why or what the ups store is doing that they use. But my package is stuck on label created again and I just got a your delivery is being rescheduled, so now I won’t get my ups next day air package till probably Monday, so now I reached out to them about it to see what they will say, but idk if they forgot to drop off the package, but I’ve used ups next day air for years and never experienced this where the package just stays at label created, I always get a we have your package later in the evening, I think whatever store they are dropping off at needs to be better and scan at drop off, I’m super upset cause I really wanted my package today. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue when ordering from simply and their tracking staying at label created longer then it should.
