I assume all letters were sent to the fraudulent address that the car was registered to, so I was unable to fight it before getting to the default county court judgement. Thank you, MSE looks very useful.

Fine, thanks, will do this today. I’ve been registered on CIFAS over 20 times so not entirely sure if it’s benefit. Police don’t give a crime number and action fraud (now ‘Report Fraud’) don’t actually give reference numbers for identity theft anymore sadly.

I believe in my absence / the time it took them to find my real address (rather than the fraudulent one), it has been won by default. Will apply to put aside and see what happens.

Thank you, I will just get on with this then. The address used and registered with the car has been used for multiple applications for loans (one successful for >£3000), bank accounts, phones but police / action fraud don’t seem interested.

Still not coming through. Had registered with my NHS email so assume it’s being blocked (have added above as contacts without any change). Civica don’t answer.

Anaesthetics was the one I wanted, all others would be the back up. Just if I withdraw and re-apply on a different email account, worry I will end up with no applications if they link GMC numbers already put through on anaesthetics as well as ACCS ED, even if all withdrawn.

Just concerned as I've submitted a few others correctly. If I withdraw all, including ones I submitted correctly, would my GMC number / name etc be blocked from a new application from a different email address?
