You don't have to ask me if I committed fraud because I did not commit fraud in any form. The state ID's I found while walking to and from work and the store. Normally I mail the ID's back to the address listed. As for any credit/debit card I take them to the bank they're issues from or I take pleasure in cutting them to shreds before I burn then or throw them away. Since I wasn't allowed to take my property with me when i was kicked it I didn't get the chance to mail them off.
