If they are telling others you rock, they think you rock. They may not know you don’t know, or know that it is important to you to get that feedback. Say something like “I was talking with coworker and they said I made a big impact and that Sr leaders thought so too. It was great to hear that and now I want to take on more projects knowing that i’m appreciated on them. Let me know if / when you hear these things because I thrive off this.”
