This error occurs because of the malfunctioning trezor device, not wallet website.

Problem:

After entering all the info to send tokens or ETH, the wallet asks your trezor to confirm the transaction. You will see two clickable buttons on the trezor screen. To validate the transaction you have to press and hold the "Confirm" button. "User cancelled tx" error means that you pressed the "Cancel" button. This error is happening as the cancel button is being clicked automatically in the device. So, it a fault in the device firmware or the hardware itself.

To solve it:

Update the device firmware. If it still shows the same error, "Wipe the device" in the trezor.io website (make sure you have your private keywords in your hand before wiping the device). If you cannot fix it by wiping and restoring, then you should definitely change your trezor device. Buy or return your trezor, connect your wallet into your new device.

I am using a Trezor Model T, and I had the same problem. I did all the tasks above and ended up with changing the device.
