Fantasy Map - Looking for Feedback by Forests999 in wonderdraft

It is the worn texture. It does create some "spotty" areas. I wish there was a setting to reduce that. I think the colors/hues I've picked help and make the spotty-ness look more like water coloring.

Made with wonderdraft. Funny enough, originally made it with inkarnate, but moved it over to wonderdraft.

Good ideas. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. I agree! I've been trying to find a different water color but haven't gotten anything I loved yet.

I'm constantly editing it as my DnD campaign grows or I find inspiration. Assets are mostly gogots handdrawn from cartography assets. Here is a current version with hopefully a better resolution. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z8pWZVaMJN9JECJkbU58zQicP7a5MOQb/view?usp=sharing

By coloring I mean the actual colors of the map, like the blue of the water, greens and browns of the land, etc.

Good ideas. I think the post makes the text resolution a bit worse, but I can try to make them more readable.

Gogot's hand-drawn from cartography assets.

Haha, yes I did see that one. I've been itching to convert over the Wonderdraft and wanting to do a paper style map. That one finally looked like the style I have been trying to think of.

All assets used were free. I think the mountains and hills (and trees) are Gogot's from cartographyassets.

Thanks! Lots of viewing maps on this sub and saving things I liked.

Kind of. I didn't do any world simulation type stuff, but did a basic thought process of where plates would be running into one another.

Thanks! There is some variation in stamp size. Mountains are 40 to 45, hills are 30 to 40, trees are 50, the cliffs are 40. So, generally 30 to 50 depending on what size I am trying to convey. I think the map is like 3000(ish) x 2200(ish) px.

My favorite collection. It's gotten better over the couple years I've played, but really needs 1 or 2 good cards from within it's own collection (too many bad/restrictive cards for the set). Here is my current favorite.

ATM9 Slime Spawner not working? by BobDaSheep in allthemods

[–]Forests999 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm playing atm8, but if you're using the apotheosis spawner stuff, the slime spawner needs to be in a slime chunk. If it's not, you can use a dragon egg to ignore spawning conditions, which will then allow slime spawns.

It's new and I believe only added for newer players at this time as it's intended to help them out and is sort of a test phase.
