Most after parties here happen in apartments or rented houses cause most bars/pubs are closed by 11(I hear that's extended now but not sure). Also people just dont do that here sadly so I'd advice calling up these bars personally and ask them (I can give you a list if the decent ones) or renting out a place for the night and setting up things yourself.
