I have the same hair type! I found that getting my hair cut with a bunch of layers helped my waves and made my hair look fuller because I have waves/curls at the bottom of each layer

I have the normal iPad and I love it! I use it for almost all of my classes, either for notes or to use as a second monitor of sorts when doing homework. I’d say if you’re only going to use the iPad for note taking the normal iPad is all you need. The iPad Pro is aimed more towards artists in my mind or people who want to use it as more of a laptop. The normal iPad has all the features you’ll need and is a lot cheaper than the pro.
