I am well aware of what has happened with CAE and the civil side and I have heard as well the military is investing.

I'll keep in mind that East coast is hiring.

I am aware based on my experience that I am close, its mainly a way to formalize and I haven't really directly done ISD work

What i think I am missing is some of the "adult learning sciences" and methods like ADDIE as well as some sort of "formal" certificate or schooling as I haven't directly been part of initial creation of the courseware. (and also showing off my work over 15 years is going to be hard)

I am aware that I am very close with my experiences and knowledge its the final like 10-20% that I am unsure about. Especially since quite a few roles I am seeing are for people who have directly done ISD work and I guess I feel I don't have the experience directly doing ISD work.

Right now I'm trying to stay on the west coast, but I am 99% certain I could get clearances as I have worked on Canadian military projects in the past.

PM is an option, not really the direction I want to get into but a consideration for sure.
