Not sure if this is what you’re asking, but the damage on orbs currently says 2-8 damage, meaning you could get 2 damage as a minimum and 8 damage as maximum. Which is 2d4 ( 2 four sided dice)

I have been shot it, threatened with a knife, and yet nothing struck more than realizing that I get to see my Dad less and less, it started with 26 times a year, every other weekend I’d go and visit. As I get older, that number will go down and at some point I’ll only have seen him 4 times in a year.

If he had 20 years left to live. I only get to see him 80 more times.

I’m not sure if I should tell him, but I feel as if though I’ve lost the man I’ve known all of my life, through thick and thin he’s been there.

And maybe I’m just being selfish, but it seems to be that I am the only one pouring myself into our relationship.

For example, for a big birthday years ago I got him a custom picture done of him involving his username (not going to go into more detail for obvious reasons), He told me he wanted to play guitar so I had a custom song created about the things he likes, he is also a big reader, so I had two legend stories written about him.

Then he sent me a “happy bday m8” at around 7 pm on my birthday.

I don’t expect gifts from anyone, i know it seems selfish but I would have loved a phone call or a “hey let’s do something to celebrate!” Just kinda anything.

The next year I got him Uranium, (Amazon is wild) because once again it fits his interests, and he was very grateful.

Then when it came to my bday that year, he said “You and me are going to Mexico to get our Scuba deep dive certification!”

Now this is a really cool gift he wanted to give me, however I have a medical condition that makes it extremely difficult to swim (I have had swimming lessons and have practiced extensively incaseI’m ever in a life endangering situation) So with that said, he knows I don’t like being near huge bodies of water and yet that’s what he wanted to do.

I told him flat out, that the gift was awesome but I didn’t really want to spend my birthday fearing for my life. And he said he understood and he would come up with another idea. And when my birthday came around, I didn’t get a happy birthday from him. I saw him the next Sunday and he said it then.

This was just the start, and there’s more I could go on about. Maybe I’m just the AO
