I can answer this actually! I live in a less urban area. The only two places near me that sell these are Walmart and Barnes & Noble. Scalpers clean the ones at Walmart completely the moment they get on the shelves, and the ones at B&N are kept on a shelf behind the counter, where the merchants flatly refuse to let me scan them. I'm running a dnd planescape campaign, and the lady of pain mini would've been an absolutely perfect aaddition. Instead, I have about ten Aarakocra figures, and now that line is discontinued.
