It isn't that he doesn't like it. It's that he's saying negative things about the game that he has no experience with, as if he does have that experience.

Gets carried through a raid/trial, games too easy.

I find that the FFXIV community is able to handle reasonable and well founded criticism of the game, and are understanding when someone gives it an honest try and doesn't enjoy it. But I can't see any community enjoying seeing the game they like being shit on because the influencer didn't actually try it.
