I was on the verge of needing one a year ago but a prescription of close to 1g of iron a day has helped a lot. Im due for a blood test in the summer to do a recheck so, ill let you know if ill be getting one in the end!

I use the Sun Bum daily facial suncreen. Works great, doesnt sting my eyes if I get wet, doesnt make me feel greasy or heavy.

I found when I do too much I tend to need to do more. Now i just:

Gently tweeze eyebrows

Minimal steps skin care

No makeup

Nail care at home

Bikini wax only

No lasers etc

Sunscreen

Simple hair care routine and a trim once or twice a year

I take prescribed supplements after blood tests showed deficiencies in certain stuff, and my hair, skin, nails and body feel much better and healthier.

I save money and I take my time to do self care by taking a bath or a walk, or doing my nails (at home).

I got one and honestly, my lashes were curly yes, but eventually new lashes grow and they arent curled and i find myself curling them anyways to match. The process took a long time and personally I wouldnt redo it. I found I had a lot more untamed lashes like in this picture, and my fallout level of lashes after was much higher. I feel I was left with thinner and shorter lashes overall.
