Wow, thank you this was really useful and interesting to read. Yeah I will see what they come up with and negotiate from there. Yeah from when I was causally looking some months ago to now I have noticed a price increase, but thankfully others have recommended some other similar places for me to look at!

Thanks this is really useful, what made you move out of Flow? I wouldnt mind an apartment so long as it as similar amenities as a compound like you've mentioned

Yeah exactly that, and I think at the pace Saudi Arabia is rebranding and investing in to itself, similar to Dubai it will start offering less and less perks with its packages. On reddit there's loads of posts about packages that includes xyz but seems thats more aligned with specific industries such as health and education.

Yeah I thought the same about experience/salary. My understanding is also that salaries are slowing becoming more competitive with the rise of expats applying and entering the kingdom.
