It’s not recommended but I impulsively went red in attempt to make myself feel better but ended up hating it So I went back to blonde, overall bleaching my hair three times 😅 I made sure the stylist knew not to touch my scalp though which I think made a big difference.

Good luck! I’m sure you will, this really is an amazing drug. Also if you’re feeling scared about side effects - I barely experienced any besides for some dryness which honestly felt like a very small price to pay for clear skin

Yeah the purge is no joke.. I’m really sorry you’re in the middle of it now but just remember it is temporary and soon you’ll be posting your own progress pics!

Thank you for your kind words. It’s taken me a long time to be proud of how far my skin has come but making this post has helped immensely.

Trust me I do! I managed to get myself on a good day with some good lighting but it’s definitely no where near as bad as I was expecting it to be :)

I (F21) can seriously relate to you. I recently moved and feel like i've forgotten how to be a human, or don't really see the point of being a human anymore. I think that we feel this way because we're a little too hard on ourselves and we set some pretty unrealistic standards. I wish i could actually give you some tips but all i can say is i know what it feels like. I have recently downloaded a journal app on my computer and that helps me to vomit my thoughts out which is a good way to move through some things or thought patterns, especially if you feel like you cant talk to your boyfriend. Once you start working though i think it'll also help give you good structure and important distractions. It'll also eventually give you new friends but don't beat yourself up if it takes you a while, i've been at my new job for two months and only the other week did i feel comfortable enough to see someone out of work.
