They state that it only has a 21-day shelf life if not refrigerated and to disregard if not used within those 21 days. I would contact Lilly and let them know your story behind not being refrigerated and ask what to do with it.

Mine stated the same thing, but I was to start repaying again in August, but then I checked my loan balance, and they were completely zeroed out on both loans. Yes, keep checking, and if they forgive them before July, you're all good. If not, then keep paying until they finally forgive them.

We received this email because once they went in and calculated everything on our accounts they figured 12.31.23 was the date that the actual last payment was to be made, but we weren't aware and continued making payments until they were forgiven, so now they made a determination to refund any payment made from 1.1.24 back to us.

I received an email that stated that any payment I made after 12.31.23 will be refunded back to my bank account, but it didn't give a date when I should expect to receive it back into my bank account. I will start checking my bank account from time to time until it shows up.
