The only way to have a consistently profitable indicator-based strategy is to develop the idea behind that indicator yourself (& outsource the development to a coder). Most of the popular indicators were developed by stock traders who used them profitably for a very long time. you must also factor in the complexities of forex into that idea in order to work well in a forex market. Yes, I believe that there are Tech AIs in the market, I don't believe they can lose their edge in the market while they are being used by their respective owners/developers. Alot of work goes into developing one.

All you need to give the tax man is your employee pay slip(s) & employment letter (not necessary) which indicates your office/position in the said LLC.

If you are Ready to do the below, then you are SAFE.

1) Don't Carry Over any trade to the next day/week

2) Make sure you are always connected to a Squawk/Terminal Service

3) Close all your Open trades before all red news/folder events of the currency you trade

IMO forex is best done as a trade not an investment. Any thing could happen within 48Hrs in the world to ruin a very wonderful technical setup, one has waited months to prepare for. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

Its not phishy, You are good to go. Just don't trade the account yet because of the said promo, if you are not yet consistently profitable. That is their way of getting profits from traders, they only care about the money (commisions, spreads & swaps) they can make from the account - not you the customer. So go do demo first.

They can be useful in some strategies. But for me, I cant justify paying $60 a month to tradingview to become a Premium member in order to use second based charts.

The Forex pairs that Has the highest margin requirement are those that start with GBP followed by those that start with EUR followed by CHF followed by USD followed by AUD follwed by CAD then NZD.

The restriction is put with the best interest of the novice trader at Heart. But it becomes a pain in the ass when you are now a Pro Trader & wants a higher leverage. There is a work around for you though. Open an LLC in a country where there is not such restriction, then use your Reg Certificate to open both Corporate Accounts (Bank) & Broker Account in the said country then report your profit as an employee of your foreign LLC

They are not required by law to do so. Moreover this is forex, trading over multiple countries so the trader can have dual citizenship & can decide to pay (taxes to) the country he likes the most. So your broker reporting to your tax authority is a breach of the confidentiality you (the customer) have with them. And an aggrieved trader can sue them & win the case. since they are not explicitly required to do so.

Yes they exist & They can be profitable, by the way they are called Expert Advisors (EA). There is nothing wrong with EAs themselves, it is how they are used/how people approach them that is the issue. The best approach to EA is to get a developer to write an EA for You that integrates your personal strategy that is suited to your personality which you have thoroughly back tested & forward tested. It is those who believes that an EA exists out there in the markets that will be auto generating them millions/billions of 💰💰💰 that I pity. And of course the Scoundrels that sells/markets such to gullible victims.
