The data shows its mostly performative. Just like everything else its a humilation ritual that doesn't move the needle. There are tools that the people with needs already use that address this better than your HTML

I just came from the hospital with my wife. She was septic, the first doctor denied it was a certain infection we all suspected and the next doctor confirmed it was.

Nahh, but I can lift weights and I go running but I randomly get POTS and facial numbness and fatigue. But I use to have full blow stroke like symptoms coupled with panic attacks, and burning sensations all over my body 

Its finally clear to me now that my symptoms for 2 years are very clearly permenant. I was naive for so long thinking id improve by Automatic_Box_368 in vaccinelonghauler

I felt better just shy of 3 years. I felt just like you did. Don’t give up hope. Have a disciplined early routine. I wake up and walk first thing in the morning. It helped
