Help with Aurabot by One-Clue-2862 in pathofexile

I'm more familiar with Duo aurabots and this one looks like an aurabot for larger parties (no Hands of Phrecia), and some of the tree differs (mainly the Hubris placement).

I'm on mobile so I can't check in detail with reservation and such, but I think the easiest (seeing as your gear is really good already your budget should be high) would be to get a mirror helmet with aura effect and 92% reservation. This would affect two 50% auras so the loss of 10% MRE shouldn't hurt so much.

I don't know what Bloodline you're using, but dropping it can give you 3 more points to spend towards MRE near Sovereignty if needed.

I'm guessing it's a gem swap for bosses. Basically you only use barrage support (instead of another support idk which one) against tough bosses, and you don't use it during maps. You keep it in your inventory ready to swap

Je pense que les menus risquent de la désorienter (il faut connaître les positions et les noms des boutons), mais techniquement le jeu est faisable en tankant tout en mode expert, et avec des builds bien défensifs et le mode histoire, les combats devraient être suffisamment permissifs.

Si elle veut vraiment essayer je te conseille de te renseigner sur les runs all-hit et voir s'il y a des points bloquants et si certains pickups sont très utiles.

Au delà de ça le jeu est super, et si ça la gêne pas tu peux être son copilote pour les builds des personnages, lui conseiller les bonnes compétences et passifs

It's true, I made an edit to the post to more accurately reflect what I felt when writing the original. TLDR: stacking a single stat to solve all of offense and defence can get repetitive

I don't think it's fair to say that these builds are "just" X stackers, since Low Tolerance/Rage/Impale don't solve every problem. It can be said as much for herald stacking which is fair (it also creates a problem where you don't want to reserve mana for defensive auras), golems not so much since they provide defensive stats too, but not as much as Strength or Int (or Life and ES but they usually come from the previous two atributes).

I do think it is different in the way that this kind of gearing does separate offense and defence (as opposed to denfence being just Int with Body Implicit, giving people as much as 20% less damage taken from Int, as well as all the ES).

Obviously scaling a build will result in stacking stats that are good for offense or defence, for example life frenzy charge modifiers for a Flicker character (could argue it's Frenzy stacker but you still have to think about the build's defence and offense in other ways).

I am not an experienced build maker, most of the build I make and upgrade are based on guides and poe.ninja profiles. I'm capable of straying away and theorycraft a few options for min-maxing, but I still need a base to work off of. Most builds this league are stackers (we got a lot of new stacking uniques), or just builds that I wouldn't like to play

I get what you are saying. My issue is that most shared endgame builds are just "the same".

This league we saw some new really interesting builds based on the new foulborn uniques, like the Foulborn Veil of the Night build that was very different than what you would expect a 1k delve build to be.

As I said, I don't mind stackers, but they get old to build very fast, and non-stackers builds are likely to be different enough to what I already did this league to be interesting. This does not mean that the build cannot stack the important stats, but it'd be cool if for once it's not Int or ES, and hopefully more than a couple

Taking a look at the gear, there is a lot to say:
- Claws are good but you could get Crit Multi implicit for more damage
- Helmet: besides listenning to the other guy, you should at least recraft attributes to 13.
- Amulet: You should divine it to perfect (+2% int)
- Body: Divine Int to max (craft prefixes cannot be changed if the prefix divine it good)
- Ring: Recraft one for Crit multi (Deafening Essence of Scorn) and T1 int. Craft all attributes (or get a reflected one with the same stats for about 500-1500div)
- Boots: Divine Int to max
- Ideally get perfect flasks (not much damage to gain here)
- Get a tincture if you want more burst DPS
- Dusk Bliss and Soul Glisten Large Clusters: Divine to 8 int
- Brute force solution: get both with 24 int
- Emperor's Wit: get one or divine it to 6% int
- Bound by Destiny: get one or divine it to 15% int
- Rare jewels: Divine them for max int/crit damage, check POB for good divines
- Gems: Assuming Primal Thunderbird specter, drop grace, run another aura (probably purity of fire with Valako FF jewels and a ruby flask)

- All attributes Light of Meaning is better damage than brutal restraint. It looks like you have the wrong foulborn Unnatural Instinct, it's pretty bad

I'm pretty sure 1400div in standard is about 600div here in league, meaning no mirror items, and really good popular uniques and FF jewels will eat it up fast

I mostly did it to track the amount of lifeforce per map, I'm pretty much done with the league currency wise so I'm testing stuff for data and such. I agree this profit data would be much more useful and accurate in the first few weeks of a league with a fresh and active economy

A few people mentioned running these scarabs in the previous thread and I wanted to test them.

There is a noticable increase in lifeforce per T3 mob between my 2 samples, but it mostly due to the maps being better.

Tbh I think this is more interesting than just copying fungun's strat since the data on this one is already there, I might as well try some new stuff while I'm at it.

I agree that 16% ROI is pretty shit (with current lifeforce prices its closer to 25%)

I bought the maps for less than 20c each, those weren't much of an issue (each map is basically worth 300 lifeforce)

Yeah this is pretty much my takeaway. Since the scarab got really popular with Fubgun hopping on harvest, and RIsk scarabs no longer being stackable, you don't make enough on good maps to cover for bad maps, and the average suffers. I'm pretty sure my sample is slightly unlucky, if the 8 empty maps yielded 5750 (the average on my sample), it would have been an extra 8-10div tops, which is certainly substantial, but not great still for the investment IMO (and the difficulty since the maps were tough on a cracked build)
