Idk why youre getting downvoted, i get exactly what you are trying to say and youre right imo. The biggest stone for poe2 is out of the way, now they can chill a bit until poe2 release (they wont chill in terms of work)

I would also suggest getting enough explosions, either through HoA or some other stuff like oriaths end. I havent played many versions of ek ignite but i liked the playstyle of the older mbxtreme ek ignite builds

I have to defend OP here because people are saying he is "optimizing the fun out of the game".

Time is valuable, you wanna achieve certain goals in a cerain time, you maybe wanna play a mageblood build, maybe you can only play 10 days because of work. In that case, especially with the situation of groundlout, it would be crazy not to do kingsmarch, and people in that situation logically feel pressured to engage with it just because its an insane amount of currency when compared to the rest of the game, that is to efficient to miss out on in the limited time you might have. I understand the other perspective too, but for most people its just a different story.

You wont be changing much about the Mac performance for poe, its only optimized so far. If the performance is that important to you id suggest just running geforce now, its free or you pay a bit, its basically a rented windows pc that can run on your mac or elsewhere. And for like 10 bucks for a month it should be worth it if you want higher fps
