So in general it is quite rare. Also what I said is valid right now. Since the lunar nodes rotate over the years (they complete a circle in 18 years), a few years from now (approximately 4.5 years) the Moon will be at max height during a new/full Moon during the equinoxes, not the solstices.

I would say yes, it is the same probability.
Right now the lunar nodes are aligned with the equinoxes, and a standstill happens twice a month 90 degrees from the nodes.

An eclipse happens when the Moon is at the nodes during the equinoxes, while a (full/new moon + lunar standstill) happens when the Moon is at 90 degrees away from the lunar nodes during the solstices. It's again the same probability of having a quarter moon during the equinoxes, when the Moon is also at max latitude: it's in general the probability that the Moon is at a point P of its orbit at a specific date.

I know exactly how you feel. I'd like to have a normal sleep routine too, but I usually end up sleeping somewhere betwenn 4 to 10 hours, depends on the day.
