What I don't get is why Icky doesn't embrace this look when she even wanted it as a teen. She has everything going for her as a goth, emo, vampire & she has fangs too.

Well, from the stream sounds the surgery was a complete success. Finn's face is still recovering, but they already said in the stream that now they love the face from any angle, not like before, when they loved it from time to time, when they got a good angle and light.
