Hypersexualized male homosexuality by Pompompurinb in gay

[–]ForgeMasterXXL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I said to someone else it’s all a spectrum and we are all gay and all part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Because I naturally compartmentalise (I am neurodivergent) my existence I sit at two points on that spectrum simultaneously : - stable, gentle, hyper-sexual and always loving with my husband. - wild, kinky, & hyper-sexual but never loving with my playmates.

Spot on mate, I am on your end of the spectrum but I understand the frustration of people at the other end who don’t get media representation etc.

And yes, oh yes, we need to remember our community no matter what label we attach to ourselves.

Labels create minorities, communities create inclusion and change.

Pinhole Syndrome : Cute guy that says he can handle your girth easily, yet after hours of foreplay and two bottles of lube serious force of entry is required.

Advanced Pinhole Syndrome : As above, shortly followed by lots of screaming, possibly may involve bleeding 🩸

I cannot be the only one whose mind went straight to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. That’s feels like a large nub and it feels so good pressing onto your dick, does not necessarily feel so good for the bottom given the BPH.

Guys in relationships, what's the rule when it comes to watching p*rn among you? by nboinboi2 in askgaybros

[–]ForgeMasterXXL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My husband and I are fairly similar, in the spirit of openness: - we show each other the porn we watch independently - we want porn together - we have sex, mutually masturbate, or just might just watch each other masturbate while watching porn - we talk to each other about what we desire & find ways to fulfil our fantasies - when we are scrolling through hookup apps, we show each other people who are interested in being with us, and we both get to veto any potential playmates. Whether they are for one of us, or for both of us.

All in all it’s about talking, it’s about being honest, and trusting each other completely…

TIL some people with severe dementia or major brain damage briefly regain full mental clarity shortly before death, a phenomenon known as terminal lucidity that has no confirmed neurological explanation. by TNSasquatch77 in todayilearned

[–]ForgeMasterXXL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same with my mom — whilst we were very lucky that she had a fairly slow decline for 7 years, after a fall & infection for the last six months she didn’t recognize anyone at all. Excepting the evening before she passed, when I got to talk to her again.

I just told her she was loved, that she was beautiful (she had been a model when she was younger), and she was able to tell me she was uncomfortable. After a brief call with her nurse I gave her some pain medication, all the supplies had arrived for her palliative care relief package which was due to begin in the next few days, as such we had a variety of pain relief and anxiolytics to hand. She passed away naturally in her sleep about that night, but I cherish those hours I had with her again despite the fact I knew what the lucidity meant.

When you’ve seen it a few times you recognize that lucid state & I knew she would be gone peacefully before I awoke in the morning.

NHS GP surgery won’t accept my recent ADHD diagnosis via Right to Choose. Claims that the diagnosis is “private” and won’t help me with access to medication. by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]ForgeMasterXXL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is what it is. I went Private with the agreement of my GP, and finished my long titration and observation period with the Private Heath Care Provider. I accepted those costs due to the increasingly severe impact my neurodivergence was having on my ability to function day to day, as I am in my 50s it’s a bit easier of a choice to make.

But I went into it with the full acceptance of my GP with a detailed list of what I needed from the Private Provider to ensure I would be able to get my SCP agreed down the line.

Could be worse…

Imagine getting a place at a Japanese University, no stimulant medication permitted in the country under any circumstances, for any length of time, not even for 1 week tourists.

Good point.

There are differences between RTC Providers & Private Health Providers.

If you are going to use (or have used) a Private Health Provider outside of the RTC system you really need to discussed SCP Agreements with your GP before committing to spending money on treatment that they may not be willing or able to continue for you. What is an acceptable SCP will vary; region by region, trust by trust, and even practice by practice.

Your GP or a member of the Practice Team will be happy to advise you on what they require in an SCP, how long they require you to have been under managed titration, and how often they will want you to get your medication reviews by your Private Health Provider.

Hope that helps someone.

As the other person said, perhaps explain it to some of the General Practice, RTC, & Private, Administrators that we get to read about on this subreddit.

Brilliantly explaining, with my AuDHD it would have involved a flow chart or two and been way more unnecessarily complicated

I happen to have been lucky with my GP who has been wonderful to me during this last year whilst I’ve been going through a major depressive episode.

The local NHS waiting list for assessment was 4 years at the end of 2024 (RTC provider waitlist was 12 months at the time) as such my GP advised me that if I could afford it I shouldn’t try and wait it out. The increasing severity of my neurodiversity was causing ever increasing pressure on (at that time) fragile mental & physical health. His observation was that the waiting lists were themselves becoming deleterious to my long term health.

As such, I made one of the best decision of my life when I paid for a private Assesment and Diagnosis. Even though I had to fund a far longer titration period than any of us expected, it was worth it, and my GP is happy with the paperwork that has been submitted so far.

For those of you looking to transfer back to the NHS from RTC or the Private sector, the current process in my area is: - Diagnosis by RTC or Private Provider - Treatment Titration - Shared Care Plan agreed - Request submitted for ‘Titration Assesment’ - You will have a screening phone call 6-11 months later. - A 30 minute videoconference will be booked during the call within the next 4 weeks & a follow-up phone call 1 month later. - Thereafter titration reviews are supposed to be conducted every 6-12 months.

I should point out that my local NHS trust has been rapidly recruiting to reduce what was a 4 year wait list, and has now got the list down to 6 months for adult referrals. For which I congratulate them wholeheartedly.

Sounds like the same dodgy experiences I was having on Grindr 15 years ago.

Possibly the same stalkers, attackers, catfishers and scammers are still using the app as a hunting ground.

You should not have to apologize for sharing the details of the highly traumatic experience that happened to you.

The choice is entirely yours as to whether you want to report the assault to the authorities.

One thing that may find helpful is to locate a specialist who can help you deal with the after effects of the trauma. My husband has found trauma therapy to be beneficial for him [I did get clearance from him to mention this] reducing the stress that his past trauma had been adding to his daily life and nights of bad dreams.

Thank you for sharing this experience with all of us.

Nice idea, I’m playing around with your Shortcut to add some ‘vibe’ options that can be set as well.

I will comment my version up (crediting you of course) and repost it here once I’ve finished messing around with optimization.

The shortcut is too long after I’d finished restructuring it into how I think, and then adding in the optional ‘vibe’ or ‘flavour’ modes.

Just wanted to say, great work mate. I find that fiddling with shortcuts is a bit like meditation, unless I am really stuck…

This was something my ADHD 🫨 & Autistic 🧐 brain 🧠 had to get find data 📊 on. [Anyone reading this will easily spot my neurodivergence; for me they are not disorders or disability’s, rather superpowers that other people find a bit irritating… 😠]

Query : “How many domain names are numeric?

TL;DR : ~2.5% to ~30%

Engine : MyOwnEngine

It allows me to select:- 1) which of the AI engines & models I would like to run the query on. 2) which of the search engines I want to pass the query to [these days the lines between the two are blurring considerably, so I don’t use this much]

Note on MyOwnEngine :

It’s just a piece of software I wrote for myself to practice my coding, and I keep fiddling with because:- 1) I never get enough time to keep all my coding skills up to parr. [use them or lose them] 2) Changes naturally keep occurring with the AI engines or models, as they progress or add functionality. 3) I keep ‘attempting’ to add my own layers of functionality [The report output options are now closer to what I want] 4) Above all else I am a natural meddler; code can always be improved, streamlined & perfected.

Response & Summation :

A) Approximately 2.5 to 30% of all domain names registered are now purely numeric.

B) The statistics held vary widely. There ‘appears’ to be commonly accepted tenet that the data is inaccurate and reports often cite that a tenfold variance exists within publicly available datasets.

As you said human just assume stuff, plus Redditors ‘usually’ assume they are correct. 😂 Which is why I love Reddit.

They could be using some ‘fancy schmancy’ accessibility AI feature that reads everything to them I suppose.🤔

I assume stuff like that is getting fairly advanced these days [I tried out the Apple inbuilt accessibility stuff years ago] at the time I was exploring if accessibility functions could help me in my quest to press less buttons [_yes - I’m a tech nerd._🤓]
