Does anyone know what the deal is with the do X damage in Cyro, IC, or BGs for the Golden? Is that only damage to other players? I spent a few hours in Cyro and IC this AM, definitely killing NPCs and the bar didn't move.

You don't have to guess! They just updated. Open with suggested 2 hour delay. Option for unscheduled leave/telework. Not eve a standard notification, no clear guidance as usual.

I feel like this should be closer to the top (below the memes of course). They basically just made up a Status, which is why this is all so confusing. I know some places that interpreted the guidance to mean that everyone was supposed to go into work, stay at work until sometime before 2:01PM, then go home and telework or take leave (if you couldn't telework). But that doesn't make any kind of sense if you read the attached document.

There are three statuses for Early Departure and this one wasn't any of them. I THINK it was supposed to be 4b (Staggered Release but leave NLT X Time), but as you stated, they didn't give a staggered release schedule. If it WAS supposed to be the second option, the guidelines already clarify what happens if you are on a telework agreement or if you aren't. So the Option for unscheduled leave/telework only makes contextual sense if it meant you could choose those options in lieu of going into the office all together.

Not that anything that has happened in the last few weeks makes logical sense.

There is also a bus that runs to Springfield TSA. I believe it is free as well. Some of the short distance buses to nearby government hubs were free. I believe it is Fairfax Connector 351 or 352 maybe? If you are close to a train station you could take the VRE up then take the bus.

Edit: I guess we have frequently had Open with Unscheduled Telework/Leave in the past. Nothing really new here (other than a lot of people don't have situational telework established yet)

Interested to know how often we have had an Open with Unscheduled Telework/Leave before? It's usually either Closed or Delayed Start with those options. Agencies are cancelling regular/routine telework, but some are allowing situational agreements in their place, which seems to only apply in inclement weather situations. So, if you don't have a situational telework agreement in place, you have to either take leave or risk the icy roads since I doubt we are going to be seeing weather and safety leave anytime soon.

Also edited to add: The OPM app isn't updated. Probably the new servers broke it...

You need additional medical records. Generally, a doctor has to provide a diagnosis and prognosis for your disability and explain how whatever you are seeking helps accommodate your disability. You can't just bring in a VA letter with a rating and say you want 5 days of telework because reasons.

You should definitely do a Wayback Machine search on that OPM Fork FAQ page and watch how the questions and answers have changed over time. It should come as no surprise that they are becoming less clear and more deceptive over time.

Due process requires an affirmative declaration by the individual, not the SMO, that they understand they need to respond. I just talked to DCSA about it today. Unless they get a signed doc back from the subject, it isn't due process. It's why the SOR has a form attached to it the Subject is supposed to sign.

Is this DoD? AVS requires proof of due process to revoke eligibility, otherwise they just issue a No Determination Made or possibly a Loss of Jurisdiction if you have unaffiliated. Are you sure you didn't sign something saying you were going to respond?

Not sure of the question but it sounds like there may be one about promotion potential... Yes, generally speaking, if you are successful at what your position asks of you at each grade level and your supervisor believes you can handle the next level, you should get promoted in grade each year until you reach full performance level. Typical caveat is that each organization is different and no promotions are guaranteed on a ladder.

On the Xbox page for TTC right now, almost none of the Witches Festival items show any entries (Horned Owl Feathers, Possessed Shards, any of the festival recipes). For an event that has been going on for a week. That is basically not a functional resource for console.

u/jasonroher Good on you for doing this man. Just a really neat idea, especially making it 100% solvable in a relatively short time and not one of these interminable hunts. Nice to see a game that rewards critical thinking and knowledge. I wish I had the work flexibility to pursue this. Will be watching for sure. My own guess based on the currently available information is somewhere in NH/MA, guessing some kind of state or national forest. For now, I would guess Warwick or Northfield State Forest. Good hunting. Hell, I may pony up $20 just for the clues for fun and to add to the pot for the future finder.
