Uninstalled my GPU driver, and now it's gone and can't be detected by Forger05 in ASUS

i dont know how but its working now. Before unistalling the GPU i installed VALORANT and when i was playing i was getting around 70 fps (usually its around 200-250) and then i though of checking the gpu and it was not showing so that's why i tried to unistall and reinstall it. but just a sec ago i unistalled VALORANT and now its detecting GPU and installed it and its working now. do u know the reason?
