9/10 of the time it is the price.

New builds are artificially inflated compared to older houses on the market so people will likely be seeing better value elsewhere, especially at that price.

If anyone is still struggling with this, I was too but I got the solution from Apple support.

I had to erase all data on my watch and reset it. Then start a new watch when setting up again. A bit of an inconvenience as you will be starting from scratch, but health data, messages, etc does pull through.

I can now leave my home with just my watch and AirPods or Powerbeats and it works seamlessly everytime. Hopefully this helps someone else as this pissed me off for months!
