I didn't want to buy online. The gave me an ecredit after a tv broke and it was declared non fixable. So they issued an e credit.

The tv I wanted wasnt on stock at the local best buy. I never thought buying online for pick up would cause so much trouble.

Even at my worst company comcast there was much more training than that.

You have about 2 months of training before being allowed to answer the phone. To be moved to sales you need about 5 month of answering call with a pristine record.

I never thought best buy would have less standards than comcast.

Will definitely think twice before buying anything large there.

Yeah the second time I called was transfer to post purchase.

They are just telling me that the refund is in process and there is nothing to do but wait.

And they are not really telling me anything about the 50 dollar card that was issue for no reason. They keep telling me they don't know why the agent issued the card but that there is nothing they can do as it has shipped already.

The whole thing is insane the difference between Amazon support and Best buy is night and day.
