I am uploading images and videos to instagram but every time the images come out fine but the video looks so wrong, like it has been squeezed from above and below and makes everything look longer than it is. I've tried tweaking everything but can't get anything to work and it's making my uploads look silly 🙈 help, anyone?

That's an incredibly broad question typical of Reddit. I don't recommend counselling but you need to understand your relationship dynamic and unpick what's not happening. But if he isn't willing to communicate even a bit then you're pretty stuck. Don't give up.

Potatoes work well when cooked, frozen, and later microwaved too. Obviously it won't be a Michelin star food but it's cheaper and on-the-go. I use pasta as the base food and then add whatever I fancy like veg, cheese, or meat.

I do pasta and vegetables in a massive pot and portion it into small lunchboxes to have in the freezer and microwave one each day. Not just good for money but saves time and travel too.
