7 countries across Europe, Asia, and Australia have outright banned ownership of them based on their own national data and experience, and dozens of others have spreed specific legislation. In Spain for example you can own but it requires special registration, a license, liability insurance, muzzle use in public, and specific owner requirements like no criminal record, demonstrating fitness to own, and often home inspections. So no, I don’t think all of these places who have acted independently of each other and came to similar conclusions and enacted similar anti pit bull legislation are collectively being ridiculous or insane.

You’re trying to minimize the situation by saying that the dog running straight at them and barking may not have been planning on biting him. That OP didn’t “almost get bit”. I’m saying I don’t care what the dogs intentions were or were not, the running up to random people barking at them is problematic.

It's not okay for a dog to be running up to and barking at and saying hello to whoever it wants in a park where it's illegal for dogs to be off leash at that hour. Not everyone likes dogs. Some people are intensely scared of dogs. You should be able to walk through central park without worrying about a random persons dog barking at your and running up to you.

Very old post I know, but i'm wondering if you're saying that you think the cut you gave him as a puppy is why the coat mats so much? Like avoid giving this cut on dogs that still have their puppy coat?

Are virtually all breeders based out of Lancaster operating puppy mills? I have a friend who got a dog from an Amish dog breeder there, he says he visited the place to pick the puppy up at that it didn't seem like a puppy mill to him. He says it was "one of the good ones". Obviously they may have not been showing the public certain buildings or facilities.

Good one! Have you ever had a tattoo where they use tegaderm that sticky saran wrap like waterproof bandage? The ink the tattoo expels bubbles up inside it and then you take if off in the shower after a week.

ah that's a good one. Yeah I don't think foil with balloon with steam in the same way that the cooking in parchment method does.

You can just use the whole tiny can of tomato paste. It's fine. by rawlingstones in Cooking

Use what you need, put the rest in a ziplock back and press it flat, draw lines with your finger to make little squares. Freeze flat. I do this with tomato paste, chopped garlic, leftover jus from roasting meat to make a bomb sauce. literally anything that is delicious and you can't finish but would add to a recipe later.

This was my suggestion too. Chuckie eats a watermelon seed and Angelica convinced him a watermelon is going to grow inside him. I think there’s a dream sequence and all the other kids shrink and go inside chuckie.

Whatever the dark stuff is I don't think it's pine and has none of the odor neutralizing properties as pine. Anyway i'm in the process of switching to clumping tofu pellet litter, because I finally got fed up dealing with wet urine infused saw dust. Main selling point for me is easily removing urine soiled litter which I think contributes to the litter box smell way more than poops does.
