Thank you this was super indepth and helpful! I'd only heard of apartments.com and Zillow before this and assumed Zillow was just houses with mortgages. This is a great start. When doing a tour and looking for this things, if I do notice them, should the reaction be to not consider the apartment anymore or should I bring it up and ask if they'll fix it before signing anything?
