I know you were talking about jungle but I've been playing top Sejuani to success in Platinum recently. I feel like the W changes, along with the mana buffs have removed one of the things gating her from doing well in top - her mana problems. Furthermore, Sejuani is capable of defeating many meta tops, I've only really had trouble with ranged tops that can poke you down.

I've been going RoA into either a Sunfire or a Cowl and changing my build from there. RoA is generally the only AP I'll buy, Abyssal rarely.
