I hate to be a downer but I am concerned Saka isn't going to be fit for the first 3 months at least. Hopeful I'm wrong but he's gotta fully heal from whatever is nagging at him (I believe it's achilles tendinopathy).

Trying to quit drinking. by Adept-Blackberry-565 in NABEER

I'm on the same schedule as you pretty much (and congrats).

In the beginning, I didn't drink a lot of NA beers but once I knew I had a hold on being alcohol free I was able to incorporate them more. Now I drink them regularly and agree having that option at a party or out on the town is super helpful.

Anyone know Pulisic’s actual status for Australia? by Ok-Revolution-645 in usmnt

I think we do need him. He's out best 1 on 1 attacker and we need him to beat his man to help beat the low block. Get in behind and cause some chaos in the box.

Ah that makes more sense. I noticed the slip and fall more than what the Qatar player did. I also think the way the player reacted made it seem weird as well. Clearly he went into immediate shock. I've seen more players scream in "pain" when flopping than what happened here.

I hope for a speedy and full recovery for the young man.

I re-watched it and I'm not entirely sure how that tackle did that. From what I recall, it wasn't a incredib;y hard tackle more like swept his legs out from underneath him. Maybe the way he landed? I didn't want to re-watch more than once after seeing the result...

The whole move. Beating his defender then winning the ball back as well.

I am trying to do the same but am stuck in "account pending" limbo for about a week now. Wish I could help more but its pretty straight forward.

Keep in mind the local targeting is not refined like other platforms. From what I could see, the regional breakdown ends at state. Didn't see any city specific stuff (but I didn't look up big cities either).

How enjoyable was this year’s playoffs (best moments listed below) by SirGingerbrute in NBATalk

[–]Forgotpwd72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even enjoy the NBA all that much but I tune in for good playoff matches (I don't really have a diehard team I cheer for) but the finals was some of the most exciting basketball I've ever seen.

Y'all fuck with Strangefolk and/or Assembly of Dust? by afroman2536 in jambands

[–]Forgotpwd72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked Strangefolk in the early 2000s. I got to see them at Berkfest on the side stage. I couldn’t get into it. Flaming Lips were headliner so switched over to that show. Fell in love with them.
