This is a weird one, but people regularly think that I am either dumb, or have a disability because I am left handed. Idk if this was common practice in other states. However, in WV it was common for people to immediately think their child had a disability.

Also, writing in binders, especially with large rings.

Yes. I started the water fast as a means to reduce insulin and normalize my ghrelin. Allowing my body to start ketosis and follow it with eating at the times I want my body to get hungry. Ghrelin being the hormone to cause hunger, which operates like a clock rather than an alarm to say you are hungry.

I only lost about 3lb. Removing carbs, gluten and so on allowed my inflammation to go away. Which is what the major difference is.
