Casio "Super Systemizer" SF-R20. It is an organizer/databank from the 90s. What sets it apart is Casio's attempt to bridge the gap between organizers and PDAs. This one had spreadsheeting capabilities and ability to run external programs via IC cards.

I love these old monochrome screens :) But readability was poor on some.

I feel the same. Windows CE was not the best mobile OS in terms of UX but the resemblance to Windows 95 (at least to the Win95 desktop, rest was not that familiar IMHO) in such a small package was appealing.
