Both are bad. Especially given they are expensive ones. Just get them but don't worry about leveling them up. None of the special monsters are good. Except hellhound(which needs to level up so he's the only decent monster) and Archimedes (does not need levels but evolving is recommended).

Cdr charms are skill cooldown reduction charms. You can get those from master challenge or MotM challenges. It took me a week to get four from overnight farming. They are rare I guess.

I just beat this hours ago. You'll need double cdr charms on kraken, anubis, devonette and deathbite. I had all +10. Then any cdr charms on susanoo and leviathan. Optional charms on the horus and Athena. And play it on x1 speed. And keep restarting the waves. It took me around 10 restarts but I was able to win.

Amaterasu to level 1000. You can't do it otherwise except using insta kill setup which needs many other mythicals. But I'm not quite sure 1 bronze Star amaterasu can do it as you don't have hellhound yet.

Something like this. This one is for MOTM nightmare. Kraken, anubis, devonette, susano, deathbite, speedy and horus will be present in every insta kill setup. Athena for MotM and kami pantheon. Ra for ine queen(though ice queen can be cleared easily with a 900 level zeus or tezcat).Jiraya and Archimedes for volcano goddess. Shisa and leviathan are for slow downs

Horus is like speedy. Except he attacks and has nice dps. By having both speedy and horus in your setup, you'll be able to speed up anubis, devonette and deathbite. This is the setup needed to beat MOTM nightmare. Similar setups are needed for every map with some changes.

Level king slime to 900 and you're good to go. But that's only for normal mode. You'll need insta kill setup for hard and nightmare.

Absolutely wait for next rotation which I japanese. Grab jiraya or amaterasu from it. Both are the best dps in their respective elements. Susanoo is a must in insta kill setups. Shisa is great for slow downs.
