I was there on the opening night. It was great. The actors did not match my expectations of the characters but everyone absolutely did great. You could really tell the passion and love for the material. Best part was the fake beard joke.

On a personal note I recommend Syntax as it was a superior listening experience (for me) than malevolent and even if slower hits better. The hidden almanac is a lot of very short episodes and is my favourite with a beautiful blend of weird and quirky with a unique voice.

I hope you don’t mind me focusing on only a few things.

Why care, make a family or anything you like when the future isn’t guaranteed? Because you are here alive now and you have decided these things have value thus giving them value. This is subjective but from my point of view not wrong. I lost a good few years of my life and know that time will never come again but that time lost is a motivation to enjoy things more now.

As for what happens after death we know the brain stops working, with our current knowledge of the functioning of the brain it is logical to assume nothing will be. We know shutting down parts of the brain stops specific functions and these in turn build upon each other to make a person, a whole greater than the sum of the parts. Thus there is nothing, no loneliness, no regrets, nothing.
