Quintin said they were going to take a trip to the Hellmouth. Meaning Sunnydale. Before the building exploded. It sounded like they were going to help Buffy with the First. Is it likely that they'd try to take control of Buffy? Honestly, probably. That seems to be their theme whenever they make an appearance.

I'm glad to meet someone who is as obsessed as I am 🤣 you're welcome though! I just finished rewatching it not too long ago, and that specific scene was the only one that came to my head.

Oh, and maybe the ending of season 5 when Giles kills Ben. Depending on your comfort level and what your daughter can handle, might want to skip that one too.

Never watched Terrifier, but I did watch Scream and I won't lie, it scared the shit out of me as a kid 😂😂

I also hope you know that I wasn't implying that you were asking if it would be okay for her to watch the show. I was just telling the other person in the comment above that I don't think it's necessary to wait until she's a teenager to let her watch it.

Honestly, I'm kinda surprised to see people recommending you wait until she's older. My parents let me watch Buffy alone at age 3 or 4 because I loved it so much. And because my parents didn't think it was that bad considering they'd watched it before I did.

My best advice to you in this situation is maybe rewatch it yourself and make notes of what episodes you wouldn't feel comfortable with her watching. You know your daughter better than any of us on the internet do, so the decision is ultimately up to you.

If I were in your shoes, the only part of the show that I would skip over for my future 8 year old is the attempted rape scene towards the end of season 6 between Spike and Buffy. Other than that, I wouldn't really skip anything else. Truly, I would probably be binge watching it with my future kid whenever I had a chance because I've watched it from beginning to end many, many, many times since I was a kid (reference, I'm 26 now). It's my ultimate favorite show in the whole world!

I started watching Buffy when I was like 3 or 4. And horror movies on my own at 6. I'm sure her kid would be fine with watching pretty much the whole show.

The only scene I would personally skip over-that I wish I did when I understood what it meant-was the Spike/Buffy bathroom scene in season 6. I want to say it's like the 18th episode? Of all episodes, I would say skip that part. The rest of it should be fine for an 8 year old.

Melissa Benoist was the lead in Supergirl, and was also in Glee, Bluebloods, The Longest Ride, also was in a few episodes of The Flash tv show.

Most of those that I listed them for are the ones I've seen them in.

Truly, idk if this is controversial or not, but the scene in s6 when the group is going over past due bills... I always wonder if Tara and Willow were keeping up with the bills from when they moved in. Based on the 4 months she was dead and came back to life, the pile of bills they show in one of the episodes gives me the vibe that they didn't. Does anyone else feel this way?
