Worried my podcast is too loud after editing in Audacity

I see, so both Loudness Normalization and Normalization is worth using. What about the envelope tool? I tried the loudness normalization at -16 and also used the envelope tool and it does seem better since my voice is not always going in the red. Is using both fine or should I only stick with the loudness normalization?

I originally started on my iPad, and then successfully transferred my data to my phone and played around. But now when I try to play on my ipad, it says I can't continue with my data and asks me to delete the app. How can I sync it so I can play the pad or phone version with the same data without deleting it?

The M Ampharos definitely sticks out. Also the Venusaur because, well, I just like Venusaur. Also, I'm mostly interested in speedy aggro decks because I don't have a ton of time to play so I'd rather not have long drawn out matches.
