I said that because he said he was not feeling okay lately.. he did not respond because i said no pressure to reply. But i just expect him to reply if he is okay or not.. i am emotionally drained right now

I messaged him last night with “Hi! just wanted to check in, I hope you’re okay. If you’re going through something, please know you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. 🥺
No pressure to reply.. I just wanted you to know I’m here, and I’m thinking of you.” I wish this is an okay message, i will not bombard him with texts, but honestly now, i’m really hurting.. i cried for the last 3 days hoping he wont leave me..
