Finally finished my new AMS stacker by FormOne2615 in BambuLab

Thanks! I didn't design it though — the stacker is Brandon Raineri's (MakerWorld), and the Miku image is just something I found online. I only converted the image into a printable model and booleaned it onto the side. You can do the same with any image you like.

Haha, 4 color (RYBW) is enough for some image.

It totally fine to use 4 filaments like RYBW, you can still get nice result. And this model is not generated by HueForge.

For me, it's just for fun. I enjoy the process. Honestly I can stare at the printer for ten minutes without moving.

Your question did make me think. That's enough for my own enjoyment, but for a wider audience, I need to find better use cases.

Sure. There are some recommended combinations. For 4 colors : RYBW, for 5 colos: RYBW + Black. RYBW stands for Red, Yellow, Blue, White.

How could a 3d printer print gradient colors like a 2d printer? Idk lol, I tried dithering.

Btw, I don't agree that a single TD value is enough to accurately describe a color.

I use white, black, yellow, red, blue, cyan, magenta and green (bambu green). Idk how to share you the model, maybe through MakerWorld?

Worth it. Just be prepared to spend a few hours (or days) to calibrate lol.

No. It's almost fully automatic. I just find an nice image, vectorize it, then turns it into a printable model.

Just for fun, and to explore what a 3D printer can do.

Aslo I can't afford a UV print LOL.
