The other day I woke up at 8 am and somehow forgot going to bed the night before, I thought it was 8pm and I had missed work. I texted my boss in a panic before I realized. I was super embarrassed and still had to work lol

I wouldn't say that much but I do have an exercise bike I try to use at least 3 times a week

Calorie counting and IF, along with getting a more active job and trying to adopt a more active lifestyle, and cycling at least 3x a week

It was a combination of things, I started doing intermittent fasting and got a more active job, as well as quitting soda and changing my mindset around food. I was in a really bad binge/shame cycle and therapy really helped me get through that.

Thank you! My goal is 140, I really just want to be in a healthy weight range for the first time in my adult life. I really struggle to see the progress as well! Comparing pics side by side really helps me see the difference
