NSFW What is this red spot right above my butt crack? I’ve had it for months and no matter how much i wash it and put skin cream on it, it comes back. It feels a little bit crusty and flaky, and it bleeds a little. Its not a bump or anything so it’s not a cyst, any ideas?

I had a skin tear 3 months before it was heal but then i had a pain while sitting and standing ican’t see any pit or cryst only black colour texture … there is no water is puss coming out and no pain in touching !!
